I am bipolar. But that doesn’t mean that I can’t live the life that I want to live. There’s a strength that I’ve developed and it is applied to all areas of my life…and you can apply it too. It’s the art of not stopping. Not settling for less.
You are going to hit some walls in your life, you are going to have some struggles. But once you hit that wall, you have a choice. You can stay there and settle for what is on that side of the wall or you can believe that you deserve to be on the other side and find a way to get to there. You can find a way to go over it or go through it.
Case in point. I deserve to be happy…I believe it’s possible. But I’ve hit this little bipolar wall that totally sends my moods in opposite directions. I’ve chosen the path of taking medication to manage my moods. It’s been painful finding what is right for me. But I believe, based on others experience that it is possible with time and adjustment to find the right combination to help me. I won’t stop until I do, and I will continue to adjust if needed after that. Because I deserve it and the people I love deserve it. This can apply to ANY part of your life…business, fitness, parenting…anything. The art of not stopping friends…try it, I dare you.
Please share if you're committed to not stopping.
